Start the day auspiciously around a hearty breakfast served in the dining room from 7 am to 9:30 am or 10:00 the weekend.

A buffet is offered and on the menu: tea, coffee, chocolate, cereal, orange juice, eggs, bread (baguette, country bread and special gluten-free bread on request), pastries, brioche, home-made cakes, jam, butter, honey, nutella, fruit salads, dried fruit, fresh fruit, yoghurt, cheeses, cold cuts ... There are the small, home-made delicacies of the chef.
In the summertime, the south facing terrace in a historic courtyard, is the perfect place to enjoy a nice quiet moment, in the centre of Bayeux!
