Juno Beach Museum

A place of remembrance and cultural center in Normandy, the Juno Beach Center honors the 45,000 Canadians who lost their lives during World War II, including 5,500 in the Battle of Normandy and 359 on D-Day.

Founded in 2003 by veterans and volunteers, it presents the civil and military war effort of the entire population in Canada and on the various fronts during the Second World War. Its mission is to make this history known through educational and commemorative activities. An educational trail is also accessible on the beachfront.

The beach has kept a wild side, which makes you want to enjoy the Normandy sun after this remembrance visit.
